Thought for Today
From The Works Of Rev. M.L. Fauss (1906-1984)

The believer’s trust in God is the conqueror’s fear and difficulty!God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof, we are sometimes tempted to despair in the midst of continuing trouble. How easily we forget previous times of deliverance when nights of tomorrow eventually gave way to mornings of joy. When overshadowed by clouds of adversity, remember that the sun will soon shine again. So keep trusting the lord, for surely god loves us and will never forsake us. Psalms 30:5: Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
