The kiss of God’s forgiveness can change a prodigal son into a profitable one!Luke 15:20: And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. Verse 24: For this my son was dead, and is alive again; He was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry. Verse 7: Joy in Heaven over one that repents. Something great happened to me about fifty years ago when I was a teenager. I was a prodigal but I had a praying mother who prayed for me night after night. Refusing to surrender to God she told me one day she wasn’t going to pray for me any more. Surprised, I asked, “Mother, do you mean it?” She replied, “yes, I do!” I fell on my knees and said, “Pray for me one more time.” I prayed through and my life was changed. Has this ever happened to you?
